1. Service Description

Luzify Snap ("the Service") is a free web application that allows users to photograph their work schedules and add shift events to their Google Calendar.

2. Acceptance

By using Luzify Snap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Google Account

The Service requires you to connect a Google account for calendar access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Luzify Snap only creates calendar events that you explicitly confirm.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload content that is not a work schedule image
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service

5. Accuracy

Luzify Snap uses AI to read your schedule photos. While we strive for accuracy, the extracted shift times may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming shifts before they are added to your calendar.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luzify Snap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to missed shifts, incorrect calendar entries, or lost data.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
